This series contains Hurst’s notes for Law and Economic Growth: The Legal History of the Lumber Industry in Wisconsin, 1836-1915. The notes are handwritten and re-produced on three reels of microfilm. Also available in the series is a digest of Wisconsin court cases concerning significant decisions of political and economic history between 1839 and 1940.
The contents of this series have not been digitized. The microfilm reels are available for viewing at the University of Wisconsin Law Library.
